RYE, N.Y. -- SFW Capital Partners (SFW), a private equity firm focused on building market-leading companies in the industrial and life sciences technology sector, today announced it has hired Peter Conzola as Vice President, Head of Business Development. In this role, Mr. Conzola will be responsible for identifying and developing investment opportunities for the firm, as well as building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, advisors and executives across SFW’s investment domain.

Mr. Conzola re-joins SFW with nearly a decade of experience in the private equity industry, most recently at Harris Williams LLC as a member of the Private Capital Advisory group where he advised middle market private equity firms on fundraising and capital formation efforts. Prior to Harris Williams, Mr. Conzola was a member of the Business Development team at Staple Street Capital, an operationally focused middle market private equity firm. Mr. Conzola began his career at SFW Capital. He received a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
