Peter Conzola serves as Vice President and Head of Business Development with SFW Capital Partners. Mr. Conzola re-joined SFW in 2024. He leads SFW’s investment origination and marketing activities. He previously was an Associate with Harris Williams LLC in the Private Capital Advisory group, where he advised middle market private equity sponsors on fundraising and capital formation initiatives. Prior to Harris Williams, he worked on the Business Development team at Staple Street Capital, an operationally focused middle market prior equity firm, where he sourced investment opportunities for the firm. Mr. Conzola began his career at SFW Capital as an Analyst on the Business Development team. Mr. Conzola earned a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
